Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order is confirmed, it will be sent directly to our supplier for fulfillment through AutoDS, and tracking information will be provided as soon as it's available.

Shipping Times

We ship to most countries around the world. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 7–15 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7–15 business days

Canada & Australia: 10–20 business days

Other International Locations: 10–30 business days

Please note: shipping times may vary due to customs, local postal delays, or holidays.

Tracking Your Order

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through our Track Your Order page.

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on most items. If a shipping fee applies, it will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the item ordered.

Delays & Lost Packages

While we work with reliable suppliers through AutoDS, shipping delays can occasionally happen. If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at support@[kblock.store].com, and we’ll assist you right away.

Multiple Packages

You may receive your items in separate packages if they come from different suppliers. Don’t worry—this is normal with our dropshipping system!
